Sunday Wendy and I went back to Joshua Tree - because we had so much fun on Saturday there. We found hidden stairways up to the top of the rocks, had a very nice lunch, and did quite a bit of exploring. Wendy learned to appreciate the beauty of rocks, and the solitude of nature (which she never really understood before and thought I was crazy for saying rocks were "pretty"). She also learned how to climb rocks and we both got pretty banged and beat up. The rocks were extra sharp.
