Oops, I forgot to tell you why we called it the butt. Well maybe from this first picture you can kind of see...there's a crack down the middle of the rock, and from farther away, it looks like a butt. When we were climbing down the rock, some guys asked us if we were the girls on "the man bending over"...we laughed and said, "oh yeah, the butt, that was us". So the pool, was pretty cool. We found it about 3/4 of the way up the slope. It was very, very windy. You'd think a gentle slope would be easier to walk up, but no. Not for me anyways. It was so windy, that I had to hunker down in little indentations and wait for the wind to die down before I could keep going.

Melissa wanted to pretend like she was on the Titanic, but there were no guys...so Danielle filled in...just to keep Melissa from blowing off the edge. I didn't go all the way to the top. It was way to windy for me to make it. When we got up to the "butt" part, it got a lot steeper, and more dangerous. There were those little metal clips, that rock climbers use to anchor their ropes into, all along the edges of the rock, and...going further just seemed like a bad idea to me. So I stayed by the pool, and everyone else went up. Good thing I stayed down because Danielle got stuck climbing up the crack, and I had to hurry up to give her a boost 'cause she was slipping down. Then, I guess once they got to the top, she got stuck on the other side, because she was trying to find an easier way down (or something) and then all three of them (that went to the top) had to pull and help each other down. While Natasa and I were resting, and drinking water down at the bottom. We had a great time.
