What a long process, but the results are soooooo good! I made four loaves of bread yesterday, we ate one last night with vegetable soup. Let me tell you, all the time it takes to make up some loaves of sourdough bread are definitely worth the time and effort. It's very good. If you have never done it, you should try it sometime. Just make sure you schedule your "bake" day on a day when you have about 5 hrs. of free time. Or like me yesterday, 5 hrs. worth of random chores, homework assignments, papers, and cleaning, so the baking bread process is spread through the rest of the business. It was fun though. :D
