I basically have the best roommates and friends ever. They surprised me tonight by taking me out for dinner for my birthday. But they didn't just take me anywhere - they found a Mediterranean restaurant -not very far from our house - and I had the BEST dinner. It was so great. I think I smiled all through my wonderful meal of grapeleaves with all the extras, even the little pink pickled things that I love. It was so great, and then it just got better.
