New Hat

I know...It's super cute!  

After a LONG, LONG ASHA convention weekend and being totally exhausted. 

More exhausted that I thought possible...like mind, body, spirit exhausted.  

I went to work today - all day. 

Eight to six straight with one 30 min break for lunch.

(That I worked through because there is just so much to do before Thanksgiving.) 

Anyways, I finished my last session at 5:30 and when I went out into the waiting room with my client, her mom was sitting there making hats and had a whole bag of them.  

She laughingly told one of my other client's mom's that maybe they should see if I wanted one...

(Note: This is a bag full of little girl's hats) 

...to which I replied "Tienes esos un poco mas grande?". 

She gave me a funny look and pulled out this hat.  

Silver/Grey with two black stripes and a cute flower with a pearl in the middle.  

Of course, I bought it - it's cute.  

So off went my two client's mom's, laughing at the small size of my head, and chatting it up 

about how tiny I am

...in Spanish...

which just sounds funnier when you're being made fun of.
